Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking to hire an HR Associate to join the APAC Talent Services team. This role is not just about providing operational support to HR. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who can apply their skills to constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various channels. Optimizing the delivery of our services is key to delighting our customer base and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Company employees by responding to worker queries via a case management tool, in line with established SLAs.
  • Ensure maximum worker satisfaction by ensuring interactions with employees are precise and timely in response to their inquiries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from other HR partners.
  • Administer and manage worker-related documentation, including verification of employment and new hire documentation.
  • Escalate issues as required to appropriate teams for resolution and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Manage workload to defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Handle a wide variety of HR-related transactions across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of identified key business processes.
  • Support HR operational projects.
  • Perform audits to determine data anomalies, gaps, or completeness.
  • Participate in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting, and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • 1 year of professional working experience operating in a shared services center or customer service environment.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management/manipulation.
  • Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR Management Systems including Workday and Service Now is ideal.
  • Ability to work on issues independently.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidence in handling ambiguity and fluid situations with an abundance of common sense and pragmatism.
