What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilities:- 1. Responsible for organizing, classifying, indexing, and securely archiving digital records to ensure easy retrieval, compliance, and long-term preservation. 2. Classify and index electronic documents according to established standards 3. Archive documents in digital repositories 4. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of records as defined in the process document 5. Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules. 6. Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor. 7. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. 8. Ensure LWI's are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates. 9. Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control. 10. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls 11. Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS. 12. Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. 13. Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. 14. Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed., Any Graduation
