Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Assistant/HR Executive to join our overseas recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about recruitment and human resource management. The selected candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding documentation and recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment activities.
- Handle candidate inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Assist in job posting on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Support general HR and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
