Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure compliance with labor regulations and laws.
- Enhance employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and aligned with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
