Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the IR / Legal Head in administrative and executive functions.
  • Help coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and official correspondence.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, notices, agreements, and case files.
  • Provide support in coordinating labour court matters, hearings, and legal compliances.
  • Facilitate communication with government authorities, advocates, and consultants.
  • Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and documentation for management review.
  • Support effective filing and documentation management (both physical & digital). Eligibility & Skills (Optional)

Skills Required:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
