Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

    • Hire high-ownership individuals who thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
    • Identify and attract talent aligned with agriculture, impact, and on-ground realities
    • Design and implement structured onboarding processes with clear expectations
    • Build practical performance management systems, focused on outcomes, not bureaucracy
    • Strengthen a culture rooted in accountability, humility, and execution
    • Act as a strong bridge between founders and the broader team
    • Build foundational people processes that support long-term scale
Competencies And Skills Required

    • 5–7 years of end-to-end HR experience (startup experience preferred)
    • Strong judge of character with a deep understanding of culture fit
    • Comfortable hiring across field and operations roles
    • Hands-on, resource-conscious, and execution-focused
    • Believe culture is built through daily actions, not policies alone
    • Excited to build from zero to one, new teams
