- Act as a strong bridge between founders and the broader team
- Build foundational people processes that support long-term scale
Competencies And Skills Required
- 5–7 years of end-to-end HR experience (startup experience preferred)
- Strong judge of character with a deep understanding of culture fit
- Comfortable hiring across field and operations roles
- Hands-on, resource-conscious, and execution-focused
- Believe culture is built through daily actions, not policies alone
- Excited to build from zero to one, new teams
