Job Description

Job Title: HR and Operations Intern

Location: On-site, Bangalore, India

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15-25k per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. If you are passionate about people management and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating documentation and induction sessions.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Organize and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.
  • Support performance management and feedback collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in HR and talent management.
