Job Title: HR and Operations Intern
Location: On-site, Bangalore, India
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 15-25k per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating documentation and induction sessions.
- Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Organize and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.
- Support performance management and feedback collection processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in HR and talent management.
