This is a full-time, on-site HR and Marketing Internship opportunity located in Jalandhar. Interns will engage in daily tasks across human resources and marketing functions, including assisting with HR management, preparing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management initiatives. The internship also includes gaining practical exposure to marketing strategies, campaigns, and related activities while working closely with experienced professionals.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Strong competency in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a professional environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to both HR and marketing projects
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
