Job Overview
Remitap is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin professional to support daily HR operations and office administration. This role involves assisting with HR activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic working knowledge in online job boards and MS Office along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:HR Activities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Respond to routine HR-related queries, providing timely and effective support to employees.
Admin Activities:
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office facilities and day-to-day office operations.
- Handle courier, travel, and meeting arrangements.
- Support asset and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and company events.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in end to end recruitment.
- Experience with using online job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri etc.
- Basic knowledge in Zoho and G Suite recruitment.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate, multitask and prioritise work.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with any Bachelors degree can apply.
- MBA in HR is an added advantage.
