Role Description

This is a part-time freelance role for an HR Analytics Trainer based on-site in Noida. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on HR Analytics concepts, tools, and techniques.

The role includes developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, and guiding participants during the learning process. The trainer will work with students and professionals to ensure effective learning and skill development.

We are looking for a trainer who can teach HR Analytics using Power BI and Python and provide hands-on practical training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development, with a demonstrated ability to deliver structured and effective learning modules
• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), coupled with a deep understanding of HR Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and understandable manner
• Experience in Training and Coaching professionals to adopt new skills and concepts
• Capability to create interactive and results-oriented workshops
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools and methods, with a focus on business-driven HR outcomes
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field
