HR Analytics
(On Contractual)
A role focused on providing data management, analysis, and administrative support.
Salary: upto 5.5 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Handling & Analysis:
- Manage end-to-end data.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data to generate insights and trends
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, and periodic MIS reports
- Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Partner with internal SPOCs for periodic updating, reporting and analysis.
- Manage administrative processes including travel planning for the team (tickets, visa documentation etc.)
- Manage and track related payments (invoices) to external and internal stakeholders, budget tracking, and reporting
- Provide end-to-end operational support for program logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, participant communication, documentation, feedback collection and analysis etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BMS/BBA/BBM/Diploma in HR, Data Management, or any other equivalent degree
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools (like Tableau etc.)

- Analytical Thinking Ability to interpret learning and talent data, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
- Process Orientation Focus on streamlining and standardizing data handling, reporting, billing, and feedback collection processes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Coordinating with talent and learning SPOCs and vendors effectively.
- Planning & Organizing Handling multiple deadlines, program schedules, and reporting timelines.
