HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Remote

North Star Identity is seeking a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting efforts for cybersecurity, cloud, IAM, and business operations roles. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and HR operations within a growing cybersecurity consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen resumes.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling.
• Assist with LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting reports.
• Support onboarding and HR administrative activities.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or cybersecurity careers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office is a plus.
