Job Description

HR & Admin Manager

Budget : 35k

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 3+years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.

Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate HR records.

Collaborate with department heads to assess training and development needs.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Oversee disciplinary matters and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management.

Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HRMS software's.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
