Job Description

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees/visitors.
  • Maintain office upkeep, housekeeping coordination, and schedules.
  • Assist in handling front-desk duties when needed (Imprests management, calls, couriers, Vendor management, vendor negotiation through market visit, etc).
  • Managing and monitoring support staff in HO and other offices
  • Adhoc and supportive functions like repair n maintenance
  • Handle incoming client/customer calls at HO, address queries professionally, route issues to the concerned team, and maintain an updated call-tracking sheet/issue tracker.

Human Resources

  • Assist in executing recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates, conducting IQ, callings as head hunting support.
  • Regular site visits to check upkeep and maintenance of sites and sales offices
  • Support onboarding & offboarding processes (documentation, ID creation, induction coordination).
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • 12 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
  • Good communication (spoken & written).
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes & MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

CTC : Up to 2-3 LPA (depending on the candidate's calibre)
