As the HR Advisor you will:

-Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preonboarding, and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage endtoend HR workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
- Detailoriented with strong documentation and followup abilities.
.Able to demonstrate experience across all employee relation disciplines
.Demonstrates good working relationships outside of the direct team boundaries.
.Ensures that decisions and courses of action are consistent with Turner & Townsend's policies, values and priorities.
.Provides clear rationale and supporting data to justify recommended solutions.
. Takes personal responsibility to complete actions and resolve issues.
.Cooperative team member who shares skills and knowledge.
