JOB SUMMARY

Utilizes professional Human Resource services and operations knowledge/experience in order to administer HR processes related to the delivery of HR transactional & administrative services. Responsibilities include interfacing with HR Management & HR service vendors, executing delivery of complex HR Programs, aligning to local/regional compliance, GDPR, SOX and other applicable regulations, managing data & records integrity activities. Capable of leveraging prior HR Services/Operations experience and industry best practices to conduct data research and analysis via tools & technology best practices, with little supervision required. Supports HR Colleagues through training, process improvements, and elevations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures escalate complex issues appropriately.

  • Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.

  • Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.

  • Support international HR operations such as employment eligibility, visa/immigration processes, international transfers, and relocation assignments in partnership with Global Mobility teams.

  • Assist in updating SOPs and process documentation.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to support program execution.

  • Analyze HR processes and systems, providing recommendations and corrective action plans to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

  • Participate in People Operations projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior People Operations team members.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in shared services and working in global/regional environment.
  • Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g.,Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, data analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires other to do the same
