Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Case Management:
- Resolve Tier 2 HR cases requiring specialist transactional support.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to resolve complex HR issues.
HR Strategy & Implementation:
- Provide operational support in communication, implementation, and monitoring of HR strategy initiatives.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support HR programs and initiatives.
HR Processes & Governance:
- Execute HR processes, standards, and tools to ensure alignment with HR function objectives.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and frameworks.
Human Capital Effectiveness:
- Support monitoring of organizational, financial, and HR metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce structure, roles, and staffing.
Change Management:
- Assist in change management initiatives, including communication planning, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support large-scale transformation activities across the organization.
Performance & Career Development:
- Support managers and HR Business Partners in performance management processes.
- Assist in development and implementation of employee career plans.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and projects led by HRBPs or HR Directors.
- Work with managers to resolve employee relations issues and build people management capabilities.
Data & Process Improvement:
- Maintain data integrity in systems such as Workday.
- Provide analytical support to HR Business Partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
