Owning end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Handling onboarding of candidates, employee records, and exit formalities
Overseeing compliance & payroll activities with HRMS software.
Co-ordinating employee engagement & L&D initiatives.
Grievance handling
Formation and implementation of policies
Ensuring office space is organized and well-maintained and assisting with visitors, guests, and office meetings.
Managing basic vendor coordination and keeping track of office stocks and admin-related documents.
Requirements
25 years of experience in HR related field.
Good English communication and articulation
Proficiency in Excel, Word, & HRMS platforms
