Parinaam caters to the needs of the poor by providing critical social services in the areas of healthcare, education, livelihood, and community development.

Primary Responsibilities

Business

  • Recruitment planning and implementation of hiring plan. Work with various sources/portals and partners on finalizing and closing opening positions for Parinaam.
  • Ensure all open positions in assigned functions are closed within the defined TAT.
  • Inductions planning, scheduling, and performance feedback gathering for confirmation of the probation period of the employee.
  • Number of employees on-boarded within the stipulated time frame.
  • Timely collection of employee documents. Timely creation of employee ID, email ID, ESS ID, and timely handover of IT Assets and accesses in coordination with HR executive.
  • Handling the Goodhearts - Internships & Volunteering Process.

Customer

  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities for employees.
  • Design and implement Reward & Recognition programs for employees in the assigned functions.
  • Planning and Coordinating for various employee events & meets.
  • Help in closing employee grievances including queries related to PF transfers/ withdrawal etc) or salary in collaboration with the corporate Payroll team.
  • Perform Training needs analysis and ensure employees undergo necessary training in collaboration with the teams. Track and capture the learning hours completed by the various employees.

Financial

  • To manage the end-to-end payroll process including liaising with the vendor for pay register, timely administration of statutory remittances, and management of all audit queries related to payroll/benefit/compensation – accounts in collaboration with the payroll vendor.
  • To provide payroll inputs like headcount, resigned, hold, and LOP details of employees.
  • Responsible for the processing of education grants, staff salary advances, etc.
  • HR budget planning and implementation.
  • Processing the employee salary revisions.
  • Processing the exit employees Full & Final Settlements.
  • To do the Annual Compensation benchmarking & Annual Compensation structuring in collaboration with the corporate Compensation and Benefits team, as and when required.

Internal Process

  • Insurance administration and their renewal in coordination with the Corporate Compensation and Benefits Team.
  • Manage the benefit plan for employees - Meal Card - New Subscription & their renewals.
  • Oversee onboarding process and management of HRIS Software
  • Letter requests - Address proof/ visa etc.
  • Updating HR Dashboards with the MIS team.
  • Responsible for updating existing policies and drafting new policies affecting only assigned functions in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Roll out Annual Increment Letters.
  • Managing vendors and processing the agreements for the HR&Admin process. Interacting, maintaining the process & resolving issues with vendors.
  • Planning the Admin & Infra needs and budget.
  • Overseeing and taking care of all the Admin & Infra–Operations tasks such as rent, electricity, assets, storage, maintenance, housekeeping team, vendors, stationaries, and other grievances whenever occur.

Learning & Performance

  • Ensures adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and HR team.
  • Ensures goal-setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self & HR team.
