We're now looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our people function and support our next growth phase.

What You'll Do:

HR & People Operations

* Lead end-to-end recruitment across India and international markets

* Develop and implement HR policies that support a global, remote-friendly culture

* Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management

* Ensure compliance with local labor laws across multiple regions

* Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and documentation

* Resolve HR issues and create a strong people-first culture

* Plan and support training, learning, and development programs

Administration

* Oversee day-to-day office/admin operations (if applicable)

* Manage vendor coordination, travel bookings, and team events

* Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentation

* Support cross-functional coordination between HR, finance, and leadership

What We're Looking For:

* 7+ years of experience in HR, administration, and people management

* Experience in managing remote/distributed teams or global HR operations

* Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws (global knowledge a plus)

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

* Comfortable with HRMS tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Zoho, Slack, Notion)

* Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related fields

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Experience in a tech/startup environment

* Exposure to tools like Deel, Remote.com, or international payroll platforms

* HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
