We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support the organization's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and enhance employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and address employee concerns.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR management or administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
