Human Resources Management:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the hospital environment.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through regular communication and initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Administer performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback and development planning.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in accordance with industry best practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and performance incentives.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Leverage HR data to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Administrative Management:
Office Administration:
- Supervise daily administrative activities including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Oversee facility management to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate inter-departmental operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
- Act as a liaison between hospital management and external stakeholders.
Document Management:
- Maintain organized employee records and hospital documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Ensure all administrative documents are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and manage internal events such as staff meetings, training programs, and hospital-wide initiatives.
- Support external event coordination, including conferences and community outreach programs.
Budget Management:
- Assist in preparing and monitoring HR and administrative budgets.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and administration, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
