Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Noida for an HR & Admin Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and addressing the evolving needs of the team on-site.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and development of HR Policies to enhance workplace culture.
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site work environment.
  • Relevant experience or education in Human Resources or Business Administration is beneficial.
