Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an HR & Admin Executive. Responsibilities include managing HR activities such as employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance management. The role will involve handling administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining employee records, and providing customer service to support internal and external stakeholders. The HR & Admin Executive will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the high level executives in managing HR and Admin responsibilities. They should be well-organized and be experienced in managing and scheduling their day after due prioritization of work. They should be comfortable in recruitment / coordinating with recruiting consultants, scheduling meetings and responding to emails.

Should have an excellent communication skills-writing and speaking both, Good command on MS office (specially Word and XL) with ability to become familiar with firm specific HR Processes and Attendance & Payroll Software, Leave Management Software. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties, Strong follow up, co-ordination skills, uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Lastly, this individual should be able to draft HR communication and letters related to appointment, appraisals & reprimands, team engagements.

Responsibilities

  • All activities related to HR including but not limited to Employee On-boarding and Exit, Appraisals, Payroll Generation, Employee Welfare
  • S/he has to be a bridge between the team and the management.
  • S/he has to be responsible for various tasks related to Office Administration
  • S/he will be assisting the management in implementing appraisal processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and expertise in various aspects of Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively manage Employee Relations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR and administrative role is preferred
