We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and office administration while ensuring smooth people processes and workplace efficiency.

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing key HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, attendance and leave management, and statutory compliance assistance. The role will also oversee office administration, vendor coordination, facility support, and internal employee engagement activities.

Experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Manage candidate pipeline and hiring process using Zoho Recruit
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in Zoho People
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing through Zoho Payroll
  • Ensure accuracy in salary inputs, attendance data, reimbursements, and deductions
  • Support statutory compliance processes related to PF, PT, ESIC, and other labor law requirements
  • Handle employee letters, confirmations, and routine HR documentation
  • Assist in performance review and appraisal cycle coordination
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns
  • Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives

Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and general procurement requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance staff, and security personnel
  • Maintain records related to attendance, leaves, asset allocation, and office inventory
  • Support travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist in organizing internal events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, facilities, and administrative records

Requirements

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People preferred
  • Good understanding of recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Good documentation and record-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / HRMS tools

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
