Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Management:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements for field staff.
  • Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.
  • Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate with above 3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Languages must know are Hindi , English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.
  • Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.
  • Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.
