About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicatedHR & Admin Executiveto be the backbone of our administrative and human resources functions in Kochi. This is a critical, hands-on role that requires a professional who is not only well-versed in core HR and administration but is also keen to support the Founder CEO directly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Compliance
- Statutory Compliance:Ensuring the company is fully up-to-date and compliant with all relevant Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR-related statutory requirements.
- Payroll Management:End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including TDS, deductions, reimbursement management, and accurate salary disbursement.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and smooth onboarding.
- Employee Records:Maintaining and updating accurate employee records (physical and digital) and managing leave/attendance systems.
Administration & Executive Support
- Office Administration:Overseeing general office management, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
- Billing & Invoicing:Assisting with basic accounts-related tasks such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with the external accountant.
- Executive Assistance:Providing close, confidential support to theFounder CEO, including managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing basic reports, and handling other priority tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:3-5 years of proven experience in an HR and Administration role, preferably within a startup or small/mid-sized company.
- Education:APost Graduate degree (PG) in HR or an equivalent qualificationwill be a distinct advantage.
- Expertise:Must bewell-versed and up-to-datewith Indian Statutory Compliances related to HR and proficient in accurate payroll processing.
- Communication:Excellent oral and written communication skillsare essential for effective stakeholder management and executive assistance.
- Work Ethic:A strong willingness toput in extra effortand hours when required to meet critical deadlines and complete tasks.
- Work Arrangement:Mandatory Work From Officeattendance in Kochi.
