We're Hiring: Housekeeping Training Faculty

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Training Faculty to train and develop our housekeeping workforce and ensure high-quality service delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct effective training sessions for new and existing housekeeping staff

Provide practical training on cleaning methods, tools, equipment & chemical usage

Train staff on hygiene standards, safety procedures & customer handling

Ensure employees follow grooming standards and company policies

Maintain training reports, assessments & performance records

Conduct on-site training for continuous improvement

Requirements

BHMCT in Hotel Management (Mandatory)

25 years experience as a Housekeeping Trainer/Faculty in a Hotel Management Institute

Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations & service standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to train in a simple and effective manner

Employment Type: Full-time
