Role Description
Bloom is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeping Team Leader for an on-site role at our Mumbai location. The Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Key tasks include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinating daily activities, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with resolving guest inquiries. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring facilities are immaculate and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing and coordinating housekeeping teams efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with housekeeping and laundry operations, including maintaining cleanliness, supplies, and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest inquiries and facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Ability to train and motivate a team, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to operational protocols.
- Prior work experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
