• Supervise daily housekeeping operations

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
• Track linen movement and housekeeping inventory
• Coordinate with Front Office for check-ins & priorities
• Handle guest housekeeping requests politely and quickly
• Update daily logs, checklists, and reports
• Escalate maintenance issues without delay
• Be present, alert, and accountable every shift

• You have 24 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or serviced apartments
• You are confident inspecting rooms independently
• You understand linen, chemicals, and housekeeping SOPs
• You lead from the floor not from behind a desk
• You want to grow into senior housekeeping leadership roles
