Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, manage and coordinate cleaning staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, managing schedules, training staff, and addressing guest requests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves consistent communication and coordination with other departments to meet overall service quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills to effectively manage, guide, and train housekeeping teams.
- Expertise in Housekeeping and Laundry practices to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Proficient Customer Service and Communication skills to attend to guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in hospitality or facility management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
