As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are kept clean, disinfected, and tidy at all times. Your responsibilities will include assigning daily tasks to housekeeping workers, coordinating pest control activities, and maintaining records for Tea, Coffee, and crockery. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to provide training to workers and review/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping workers.
- Identify parties for the supply of materials and housekeeping equipment.
- Coordinate pest control activities.
- Maintain Tea/Coffee and crockery records.
- Provide training to workers.
- Review and update SOPs to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all departments are kept clean, disinfected, and tidy.
