Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping team, conducting inspections for quality standards, coordinating with the laundry department, addressing guest requests or complaints promptly, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Supervisory Skills and leading housekeeping teams effectively
- Knowledge of Housekeeping operations and coordinating with departments like Laundry
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for guest interaction and conflict resolution
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Relevant diploma or certification in hospitality management is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
