Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our property in Agra. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleanliness standards, supervising laundry services, and maintaining guest areas. The role also includes monitoring inventory of supplies, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Expertise in Housekeeping practices and Laundry operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and effective team collaboration
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
