Key Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Linen Bedding: Master the making standards, ensuring crisp linens and premium presentation.
- Luxury Amenities: Replenish room supplies, stationery, and high-end toiletries according to brand standards.
- Guest Recognition: Honor guest preferences (e.g., pillow choices, turndown requests) to provide a personalized stay.
- Safety Security: Follow strict protocols regarding guest privacy, lost and found items, and the handling of cleaning chemicals.
Candidate Profile Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a heart for service and understands that in luxury, there is no such thing as a small detail.
- Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a branded hotel .
- Knowledge Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment (vacuum cleaners, steamers), and fabric care.
- Physical Stamina Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Attributes High level of integrity, punctuality, and a polite, unobtrusive demeanor.
- Education High School diploma or a Vocational Certificate in Housekeeping is preferred.
