Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness and service standards. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry operations, hiring team members, and addressing customer service needs. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain a clean, comfortable, and guest-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Supervisory Skills to effectively oversee and manage housekeeping staff and operations
• Experience in Laundry services and operational knowledge for maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Hiring and training team members for housekeeping roles to maintain a high-quality workforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred
• Educational background in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage
