Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the university campus
- Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff effectively
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and ensure proper utilization
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Collaborate with administrative and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Implement hygiene protocols and ensure compliance with institutional standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management (educational or hospitality sector preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and maintain discipline across multiple facilities
