Key Responsibilities
- Household Management
- Plan and oversee daily cleaning of all rooms, halls, and common areas
- Ensure villa is always maintained to the highest standard
- Maintain deep cleaning schedules for all areas including bedrooms
- Swimming Pool Outdoor Areas
- Coordinate pool cleaning, chemical maintenance, and safety checks
- Oversee garden and lawn upkeep, irrigation, and seasonal planting
- Ensure outdoor furniture, pathways, and entrance are clean and presentable
- Home Gym Garage
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the home gym; check equipment regularly
- Ensure garage area and cars are clean; coordinate with driver/cleaner
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff (maids, helpers, laundry staff)
- Assign and monitor daily duties; ensure timely task completion
- Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain staff discipline
- Inventory Procurement
- Manage stock of all household supplies, cleaning products, and linen
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely replenishment within budget
- Maintenance Coordination
- Identify repair needs and coordinate with plumbers, electricians, A/C technicians
- Maintain log of all maintenance activities and service vendor contacts
- Event Guest Preparedness
- Set up villa for family events, festivals, and visiting guests
- Ensure guest rooms are set up, stocked, and presentable at all times
Requirements
Experience Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years in housekeeping management in a large private residence, luxury hotel, or resort
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 510 domestic staff
- Knowledge of pool maintenance, garden upkeep, and gym hygiene preferred
- Familiarity with eco-friendly, safe, and child-safe cleaning products
- Basic computer/phone skills for inventory tracking and communication
