The Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include performing daily housekeeping tasks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, handling laundry, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team and reporting to supervisors for any support required. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram with a focus on delivering excellent hospitality services.

• Basic knowledge and experience in Housekeeping and Laundry services
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
• Ability to provide and receive Training to ensure service excellence
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and team collaboration
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and work requirements
