Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant, located in Mumbai. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high hygiene and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include changing linens, making beds, replenishing supplies, handling laundry, reporting repairs, and assisting guests with any requests to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to attend to guest needs and handle inquiries professionally.
• Efficient organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively and maintain a smooth workflow.

• Physical stamina to manage a physically demanding role and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
