Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Housekeeping Associates based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, replacing linens and toiletries, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, and reporting any maintenance issues. Additional duties involve organizing carts and supplies, assisting guests with requests, and adhering to company cleanliness and safety protocols to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong cleaning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and systematically
  • Ability to handle requests professionally and offer excellent guest service
  • Knowledge of housekeeping practices and safety standards
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
