Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate at one of our properties located in Amritsar. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, performing laundry tasks, and ensuring an impeccable guest experience. Key tasks include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, attending to guest requests with attention to detail, and maintaining high hygiene standards in accordance with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with the housekeeping team and assisting with training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Laundry and general housekeeping processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Superior Organization Skills and attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and order
- Ability to assist in Training and mentoring new team members
- Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic hospitality setting
- Prior experience in housekeeping in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
