Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, based in Chennai. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of the facilities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and laundry. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting in training new housekeeping staff to ensure standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and general cleaning tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Organization Skills, with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to assist in Training new team members and sharing best practices
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous
