Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. The Housekeeping Associate ensures linen and laundry are handled according to hotel procedures, supports room setup for events, and promptly responds to guest requests. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following safety and hygiene guidelines, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, with attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and proper linen care.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Good organization skills to manage tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain orderly storage areas.
• Ability to learn and follow training, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
• Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals, with a focus on safe usage.
