Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Supervisor/Associate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including managing cleaning staff and ensuring high cleanliness standards in all guest areas. Responsibilities include supervising laundry services, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining inventory, and addressing guest requests to deliver excellent customer service. Collaboration with other departments to maintain quality and service standards is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide housekeeping staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or relevant fields are a plus.
