Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role located at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, replenishing supplies, and adhering to the hotel's hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort, and effectively coordinating with the housekeeping and operations team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and Organization Skills to manage cleaning, stock maintenance, and upkeep tasks.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and addressing needs professionally.
• Training experience to guide and assist team members in maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior housekeeping experience, especially in hospitality, and familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents is an advantage.
