Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Housekeeping Associate. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house. Additionally, the role includes handling laundry tasks, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. The associate will ensure that all accommodations and facilities reflect the high standards of Centre Point Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry and maintaining cleanliness to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to address guest needs professionally and courteously.
• Excellent organization skills to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Experience in training and working collaboratively with team members for efficient operations.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols in a hotel environment.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to the right candidate.
