Role Description

This is an on-site, hands-on Housekeeping Apprenticeship role based in Nadiad. The apprentice will be responsible for supporting housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and maintenance, laundry service, upkeep of public areas, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. The role includes interacting with guests to ensure their comfort and assisting with tasks that promote a welcoming hotel environment. On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided, allowing apprentices to develop core skills and knowledge in housekeeping and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in rooms and public areas.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience and address guest inquiries effectively.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to refine housekeeping techniques and adhere to industry best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory.
