Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper located in Mumbai. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned spaces, ensuring all areas are well-organized and hygienic. Daily tasks include cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and performing laundry duties. The role also involves interacting with clients in a polite and professional manner, responding to service requests, and following housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general cleaning skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients
- Excellent Organization Skills for managing housekeeping tasks effectively and maintaining neat spaces
- Experience or willingness to participate in Training programs to improve service quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior experience in housekeeping and familiarity with cleaning equipment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices is preferred
